Applicants will need to provide the following information:
- Contact Information
- Family Education History
- Household Income
- Demographic Information
Once you submit your eligibility form, you’ll be contacted to complete the application package which includes the following:
- Application (electronic or physical copy)
- Personal Essay
- Transcript
- Test Scores if Available
- Guidance Counselor Recommendation
- Two Teacher Recommendations (one of which must be a Math or English teacher)
When we receive your completed application materials, we will be in touch to set up an interview which may take place either in-person or remote.
