Penn is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in evaluation and medication management. He has taught English to Germans and German to Americans, and was working on a doctorate in German literature when he saw the light and changed course, getting a BA in Psychology at the University of Maine at Farmington (2011) and an MSN in Psychiatric Nursing at the University of Southern Maine (2014). Penn lives in Farmington and enjoys reading bedtime stories, learning new languages, and being outside when it’s not too cold.
