274 Front Street is located close to the woods and trails adjacent to UMF’s athletic fields, providing safer access to these environs for nature-based learning activities.
Sweatt-Winter is currently located in the ground floor of Ricker Addition, the campus building boxed in orange. The new site is accessible by car from Front Street. Its 3.18 acres include up to 100 parking spaces, providing parents a better traffic flow for drop-offs and pickups, away from busy Main Street.

The building’s 34′ by 16′ break room/kitchen.
This 26′ by 18′ room contains server racks.
This 16′ by 7′ storage room is the largest of the building’s five service/storage spaces.
