| Bio | Lynn has worked for UMF’s TRIO programs since 1983. She is currently the Director for three TRIO projects, Foothills Upward Bound, River Valley Upward Bound and the UMF Johnson Scholars/TRIO Student Support Services program. Together, the federally funded programs serve 139 high school students from fourteen area high schools and 180 UMF students. TRIO programs provide services that motivate and support students from disadvantaged backgrounds in their pursuit of a college degree. Lynn has also held many leadership positions in the Maine Educational Opportunity Association, the New England Educational Opportunity Association and the Maine College Access Network.
