The UMF Computer Center is the epicenter of the UMF wired, wireless, and dial-in universe. Inside you'll find two general purpose labs that are open 24/7 year-round (a general purpose lab with 30 new Dell PCs and 6 new eMacs, and a classroom lab with 24 new Dell PCs) two classroom labs (one with 24 new Dell PCs and one with 24 new eMacs) as well as an Art Lab (with 13 PC stations).

The UMF Computer Center is fully staffed with friendly, knowledgeable support staff who can help you with Internet access, software problems, troubleshooting for your wireless laptop, Web hosting, graphics and multimedia and more. You can even sign out laptops, digital cameras, digital video camcorders. They also offer EXCEL computer support, software seminars, self-help tutorials, and a boatload of technology expertise. (Best of all, the folks who work at the Computer Center don't speak in techno-babble — they can actually talk like real-live human beings.)

But wait ... there's MORE
In addition to our Computer Center, we've got speciality computer labs spread out across the campus: a Music Lab, Languages Lab, Geography Lab, Geology Lab, Spatial Ecology Lab, Computer Science Lab, Math Education Lab, Graphics & Multi Media Lab, Physics Lab, Psychology Lab, Student Projects Lab, Electronic Classroom, Instructional Media Center, and whatnot. Plus we've got Internet-networked PCs all over campus — in Mantor Library, in the Student Center, in the on-campus coffeehouse, you name it. There are clusters of computers all over the place. (Well, except for the swimming pool ... but you never know.)
