If you are admitted from another New England state into a University of Maine Farmington (UMF) academic program that is not offered by the public institutions in your home state, you may be eligible for a reduced tuition rate of just $12,544 per year. The academic programs that qualify for this vary by state.

Because the New England Regional Program provides such a tremendous tuition break, out-of-state residents who attend the University of Maine at Farmington through this program are not eligible for the UMF Presidential Scholarship or the UMF Academic Recognition Scholarship.
